​How Do I Place An Order?
Well our online store is still under construction so for now check it out to get some ideas. Consider anything there as examples but we would love to tailor your product to exactly what you are looking for. Once you have an idea of what you'd like hit us up on the contacts tab. We'll get back to you as quick as we can.
Payment and Shipping?
We will do everything we can to make payment and shipping as painless as possible. Cash, check, or card we can work it out. If you are local to the salt lake area or not too far away we can probably deliver your item directly to your door at no cost.

What if I need something really fast?

Most jobs we can finish in about two weeks but we're pretty good at rush jobs. Depending on how busy we are we may have to charge a small rush fee but let us know when you'd like to have it and when you absolutely need it. We've been known to turn things around overnight if you really need it. If we can't though, we'll let you know with as much time as possible.
​What if I need a lot of something?
Everyone likes a discount right? We love doing large orders. 10, 100, 200? We can save you money if you are looking for large quantities. Contact us with as much time as possible and we'll give you the best deal we can.

Returns & Refunds?
Not gonna lie, we're a small company and most of what we do is custom. Because of this it can be very difficult for us to provide a refund. However, if you aren't 100% happy with your product contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
What kind of materials can you work with?
So glad you asked! So far we have worked with wood, leather, felt, and glass. We are super new though so we're still learning the capabilities of our equipment. We should be able to work with acrylic, anodized aluminum, ceramic, slate, and a few other things. We can also work with round items such as glasses and bottles. If you have an idea with something that is still experimental for us we'll give you a great deal.
